We would like to inform you that there is dark fiber cut between SV2 and SV5. As a result, the Equinix Fabric Metro Remote port and Unprotected Metro Connect circuits experience service outage.

Our provider is actively working on resolving the issue and has initiated excavation to locate the damaged conduit. At this time, we do not have an estimated time of restoration (ETR) available.

We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available. Thank you for your patience and understanding..
