Scheduled
During this maintenance window, Equinix will upgrade the underlying infrastructure platform that powers Network Edge instances. This work is being performed to improve product performance, prepare for new features and increase resiliency of the infrastructure.

The maintenance window for this upgrade is 45 hours, during which individual Network Edge VNF instances may lose connectivity for up to 3 hours and require at least one reboot. Non-HA customers can expect to lose service during this event, while customers with highly-available (HA) instance deployments can expect to lose service for up to a total of 20 minutes.

Please note that provisioning services and instance modification will be disabled during the maintenance window. Further information can be found here: https://docs.equinix.com/en-us/Content/Interconnection/NE/CVIM/NE-RMA-replace-device.htm
