Service provider tier 2 cleared channel degrades on the ULH by making adjustments to the AMP and channel output power levels to restore service. They will continue to monitor service.

After replacing the card at 12:00 AM Local Time, our 3rd party dispatch team was not able to clear the alarms. Further investigation will be required, and an ETR is not available.

Our provider's dispatch technicians will be replacing the faulty card tonight in order to restore services. There is no ETR.

Update
Update from our 3rd party has notified us that after extensive OTDR testing, they have come to the conclusion that there is a faulty card in one of their assets. Dispatch team is awaiting a replacement for the asset. Currently there is no ETR.
