Service provider technicians have conducted a verification process and confirmed that they possess the appropriate wire necessary to successfully complete the splice. At present, the technicians are actively engaged in the cable pulling process, and once this task is accomplished, they will commence the splice work. Additionally, the technicians have devised a plan to reroute unaffected customers, although no official confirmation has been provided regarding its implementation at this time.
